    Prices<\/h3>\nThe prices of the products presented in www.joyeriajael.es include VAT applicable at all times unless otherwise indicated. Prices do not include shipping costs unless otherwise indicated.\n\nJAEL is not responsible for possible errors in the prices of published articles. In the event of an error in the final price of any of the items displayed JAEL undertakes to inform users as soon as possible of the new selling price, offering affected customers the possibility of reconfirming the order, or the possibility of withdrawing from the purchase on their part.\n\nIf it is not possible to contact the user, the order will be considered cancelled and the amount of the incorrect price paid will be refunded.     Shipment of orders<\/h3>\nOrder Formalization:<\/strong> Once the Terms of Use and the purchase confirmation have been accepted, the customer will receive an Order Confirmation email with the details of the operation.\n\nDelivery method and delivery time:<\/strong> Once the purchase is confirmed, the delivery time will not exceed 15 working days, being the usual delivery time less than 48-72h for shipments within the national territory from Monday to Friday.\n\nThe delay of the order will entitle the customer to cancel the order with refund of the amounts paid, but in no case will it imply any compensation.\n\nIf after 5 working days from the Order Confirmation the customer has not agreed on a delivery date with the carrier, the customer should contact JAEL. If the customer does not contact JAEL, the shipping company will proceed to return the shipment to its origin and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.\n\nGeographical scope:<\/strong> Jewelry products, classified in the “Jewelry” category, are not subject to geographical restrictions for distribution throughout the national territory (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and the European Union.\n\nThe distribution of watchmaking products, classified in the “Watches” category, is geographically limited and may only be picked up in physical stores through the “In-Store Pickup” service.\n\nJAEL reserves the right to restrict the geographic scope of distribution in the event that it is unable to guarantee the safe delivery of the products.\n\nCustoms declaration and international taxes and duties:<\/strong> The Customer shall pay the international taxes or duties levied on the products in the territory of collection, if any.\n

Phone. 981 909 029<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nTo access the in-store pick-up service, the customer must indicate this during the purchase process and comply with the delivery times indicated by e-mail.\n\nThe customer must go to the selected point of sale when placing the order and identify himself\/herself with the original valid ID card or passport and show the proof of purchase.\n\nIf the customer wishes the products to be picked up by a third party, he\/she must notify us by e-mail together with a signed authorization containing the full details of the customer and the person he\/she wishes to authorize (name, surname, ID or passport number).\n

      Delivery incidents<\/h3>\nThe customer undertakes to check the good condition of the shipment at the time of delivery to the carrier and must reflect any anomaly detected on the delivery note (breakage of security labels, external shocks, moisture, etc.) and may refuse delivery.\n\nThe customer must inform JAEL of any delivery incident by e-mail: santiago@joyeriajael.es.\n\nIt will be understood that the delivery or that the order has been delivered when the user (or a third party on his behalf) acquires the material possession of the product, which will be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address if it is not “Pick up in store”.\n

      Return of orders<\/h3>\nThe client who acts as a consumer and user has the right to return the order within a period of less than 14 calendar days from its delivery.\n\nTo make a return, the customer must contact JAEL and follow the instructions communicated to him. In no case will returns be accepted that do not comply with the procedure and the channels established by the company.\n\nThe user will not have the right to cancel special or personalized orders.\n\nShipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.\n\nThey will not accept returns of products that have been tampered with, used or whose security seals have been removed. It is essential that the products to be returned keep their original packaging (box, documentation, accessories…).\n\nCustom-made and\/or personalized products cannot be returned.\n\nOnce JAEL notifies that the returned products meet the requirements of authenticity and condition required, the refund of the payment will be made through the same method in which the purchase was made and in a period of less than 15 business days.\n

      Warranty<\/h3>\nIn accordance with the provisions of Law 23\/2003 of July 10, 2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, the manufacturer or brand of the product purchased must respond to the customer for any lack of conformity due to manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery and manifested during the following 2 years.\n\nThe customer has a period of 2 months from the time he\/she becomes aware of any incident caused by manufacturing defects.\n\nIf the manufacturer of the product purchased verifies and corroborates the existence of a manufacturing defect, it will proceed to repair or replace the item.
