Shipment of orders
Order Formalization: Once the Terms of Use and the purchase confirmation have been accepted, the customer will receive an Order Confirmation email with the details of the operation. Delivery method and delivery time: Once the purchase is confirmed, the delivery time will not exceed 15 working days, being the usual delivery time less than 48-72h for shipments within the national territory from Monday to Friday. The delay of the order will entitle the customer to cancel the order with refund of the amounts paid, but in no case will it imply any compensation. If after 5 working days from the Order Confirmation the customer has not agreed on a delivery date with the carrier, the customer should contact JAEL. If the customer does not contact JAEL, the shipping company will proceed to return the shipment to its origin and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs. Geographical scope: Jewelry products, classified in the “Jewelry” category, are not subject to geographical restrictions for distribution throughout the national territory (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and the European Union. The distribution of watchmaking products, classified in the “Watches” category, is geographically limited and may only be picked up in physical stores through the “In-Store Pickup” service. JAEL reserves the right to restrict the geographic scope of distribution in the event that it is unable to guarantee the safe delivery of the products. Customs declaration and international taxes and duties: The Customer shall pay the international taxes or duties levied on the products in the territory of collection, if any.Store pickup
